Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi just wondering if anyone has any info on when the bill is usually sent out for fees?

In the house 6 months now and no sign of a bill yet, have had no contact from management company tho from what i hear its not strange as supposedly only hear from them when looking to collect their money!

Also wondering if anyone knows of agm's or if anyone is opposing these charges in the area as I don't plan on paying them and feel everyone who feels strongly on this matter should stick together and fight these charges!

    Thanks
    suzie

Pretty sure you have the same management company as us.

I was in my house about 18 months before I received a bill and then this was dated 1999 and marked as a late notice,I ignored it then received another one also a late notice and dated correctly I was a little pissed off.

They also had no agm the first year that I was in my house but did this year.

When you signed for your house you would have paid the 1st installment.

I'm having great fun with Gillian in SPM office , I received a court summons , paid bill
then received a new statement with debt collector fees of 300 after the bill was paid.

So i'm complaining about the bill, the so called horticulturist, the lack of shurbbery on our road and the lack of clarity on the budget.
going though this with a fine tooth comb, but gillian is not willing to give me information without a fight

Its a tedious, hard, struggle but if no one will stand up to these cowboys then the estate will be destroyed and the value plummet
