Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have came across an issue with indexing, in that Vista does not index my documents that were created in OpenOffice (despite them being Word Documents). Does anyone else have this issue, or similar? I'm going to rebuild the index tonight, but I'd really prefer not to have to do that every couple weeks so that the index-search function actually works as it should.

I have exactly the same issue , cant find an answer either though , it would seem that its deliberate on Microsofts part , but who knows ?

I have both office 2007 and openoffice on the same machine , Im comparing them for ease of use , so far open office is winning hands down , But the Microsoft SW is not playing nice with it.

I also have a problem with Thunderbird in Vista with office 2007 , every time I open Thunderbird Vista will insist on asking do I want thunderbird as the default mail program , no matter whether you click the " dont ask again" box or not. Its trying to bully me into using that joke of an email client that comes with office.
