Venues for basketball in Galway?

    There's a group of us looking to play basketball weekly. The potentail venues that I can think of are-
    GMIT
    NUIG
    Renmore Hall
    Salthill

    Can anyone else think of anywhere else and a contact ph if possible?

    The community hall in Westside, across from the Shell garage.

    St. Mary's College have an outside court (for 'summer' months if/when it's not raining...), they might also have a hall, not sure (might be worth giving them a ring or drop them a mail):

    NUIG is great and cheap enough, especially if you are a student

    the hall in Salthill is undersized, and often extremly slippery

    Westside and Renmore community centres are all right

    You can also wait for the Summer and come get a taste of Streetball on the outdoor courts in Westside, different levels there, people from all over the world. Great fun
