Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recover Gametag problem

    I am trying to recover a gametag but whenever I start the process it says it cannot connect to Xbox live

    However, when I test connection it connects fine:mad:

    Is there a general issue with live at the moment or is it something else?

    any ideas?

    Could be related to the fact that Xbox live doesn't connect to MSN very often. Keep trying and it'll probably work.

    I was thinking that but this is right at the start of process before you even type in the gamertag you are looking to recover
