Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Transferring music to Samsung phone with memory card???

Hey everyone, I have a Samsung U600 and I bought a 2GB memory card to hold music for it - I'm trying to transfer music using the PC Studio that came with the phone, but it's only transferring music to the phone itself, it doesn't seem to recognise the extra space on the memory card. Am I doing something wrong??

Shameless bump... can anyone help me out with this? I can't find an option on PC Studio for the memory card at all, so don't know how I can transfer music onto it?

Can you see the phone in Windows Explorer (might be two drives [one for the phone and one for the card]). If you can, just transfer the files that way.

Else save yourself a lot of mission'ing and get a USB card reader.
Something like this, these are very usefull!

There should be a few options that come up when your phone is connected to your pc. Select "Mass storage", I think, or something along those lines, and not pc studio. It treats your phone as an external hard drive which you can explore and add whatever files you want by just clicking and dragging.

    Good luck :)

Thanks a million for the responses guys - Richard I think you have it, I checked my phone and the USB Settings does have a Mass Storage option, and I think I did select PC Studio last time (I'm at my work PC so can't try again til I get home), so hopefully that'll sort out the problem - thanks!!
