Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just been given instruction from our employer, how does this sound.
Holiday pay is earned against time worked.

As of this year, all employees must take their annual leave in the leave year to which it relates. Annual leave must be physically taken by the employee. Holiday pay earned by the employee will only be made for time physically taken.

It's probably fine, just wondering if so.
