Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A lot of the mp3's I use have a gap at the start of a few seconds, I have to wind it forward and set the queue point. I remember a mate said he had software that trimmed it automatically for him. Anyone know what does it?

Yes I know I can use Audacity etc but it can be a pain in the ass. What is the easiest way to do it?

I'd use Direct mp3 cut, no reencoding so it's fast.

Theres probably other tools out there.
    http://www.mptrim.com/ aswell I haven't used that.
    Google has loads of others.

Goldwave is great for stuff like that.

for the record, mp3s generally always contain a bit of silence at the start, its a little thing about the format, dunno why
