Scenes w/ fast motion background

Does anybody know of any films or commercials that have fast motion backgrounds but a person or persons in the foreground that are moving normally? I'm especially trying to find scenes in which person or persons in the foreground are looking at the camera while high speed action is going on behind them. Any ideas??
