Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Outlook question

    Is eircoms mail server still "mail1.eircom.net" as I set up an eircom email address in outlook and am getting this error msg when trying to send a mail

    "553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"

    Dont have a problem receiving mail just sending

    Are you on the Eircom network when you try to send an email? Most ISP's don't allow you to relay of their servers unless you are on their network.

    Outgoing should be mail.iol.ie - the incoming can stay the same (mail1.eircom.net or mail2.eircom.net)

    Thanks for that Username, thought it was a lost cause due to the fact I was not using Eircoms BB, again much appreciated;)
