Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How to search for Criminal Court decisions

Hi, i'm looking for some info....i'm looking to find out the outcome of a criminal court case. I've gone onto the courts.ie website and done a search by name but could not find anything. It finished a few years ago and i can't seem to find anything about it. Is there any site that providses a search capability of previous cases? I even rang the court where the case was held and they wouldn't provide any information..weren't very helpful really.
Another query: are criminal cases suppossed to be public knowledge? I mean, the public are suppossed to be able to access info about them at any given time?

This probably sound silly to the guys/gals on this board but just a question from a lay-person looking for some info......

    Thanks if anyone replies :)

    www.irlii.org

Depends on the case and year.

Sometimes the search function on courts.ie is sensitive.
