I want to get a portrait tattoo done of my brother and I wanted to know if any1 cud recommend a tattooist in dublin r surrounding areas thats the best.

if you're willing to travel, i'd recommend the waterford one... don't have the website offhand, but give it a day or so and im sure someonehere can post it for you.
