[Eircom] Sync but stiil not connecting

    DSL light blinks for about 30 seconds noise is 46/28 dB

    router reports DSL available and Broadband not connected

    tried
    user eircom@eircom.net
    pass broadband1

    keeps retrying saying unable to verify



    and
    user phone number
    pass account number

    which reports wrong username/password

    I also tried with a different router, pretty sure it must be an eircom account problem

    what do you think i could do next

    sounds like a eircom account problem if you have constant sync but its not connecting, sure everything else on the router is correct.....multiplexing, vpi, vci etc ?

    i'll ring eircom today,

    i pressed the reset button on the router, but it made no difference, presume that would reset....multiplexing, vpi, vci etc?
