No Perlico Broadband

Hi I have had no perlico broadband in north Dublin for the last 3 days they blame a server problem on eircom and despite numerous promises they now say they dont know when it will be fixed is this true or are they talking crap

Not a clue as im on BT myself, and dont knwo anyone on perlico. I thouht it was common knowledge that they were a useless isp.

But being down 3 days is a joke, and if what they are telling you is true then a load of eircom customers are offline too. Ring them up and demand to speak to a manager, and tell them you want your account credited for the downtime.
