cant access ftp site?? is windows firewall blocking it?

i am having a problem trying to install driver to get MX revolution mouse to work.

i downloaded the latest drivers but it wouldnt install saying i needed to install an earlier driver version first before upgrading


driver setpoint version 22.2 link is below

ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse/setpoint222enu.exe


but I cannot access this page Firefox and internet explorer both time out

Is windows firewall blocking access? I don’t get any message saying it is. Do I have to open any ports to allow ftp access?

Can you access the root directory:

ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse

or try this one:

http://www.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse/setpoint222enu.exe

why is this happening and how can i get it working?

The ftp works fine for me, looks like something is blocking your access.

Can't imagine why that site would be on a peerguardian list. Good you got it sorted anyway.
