What do you think is the most you'd get renting a 3-bed House Dundrum?

    Have rent prices gone down recently? What would you think would be the most you would get by renting out a 3 bed house in Dundrum? (Close to LUAS line
    & Dundrum Town Centre?

    why dont you just go on daft and see what the going rate is for rent in the area of similar type houses.

    1500 - 2000 depending on whether it is a kip or not..

    Noone will pay €1,500 on a kip except foreigners who plan on cramming 10 of them into the place.

    I pay €1,650 on a 3 bed 1st let semi, place is beautiful but I certainly wouldn't pay the same for some of the houses we viewed before this.

    If your house is in good shape, €1600 - €1700 and cap the amount of people allowed live there to 3 or 4.
