Mac Mini for video editing?

Hey guys, thinking about getting a mac mini for low-key audio/video editing http://cgi.ebay.ie/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=270203604547&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=017 Wouldn't be doing anything too demanding or anything. If I could upgrade this to 2GB RAM, do you think it would be okay? Thanks :) Louis.
