Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi. I wasnt sure where to ask this, but I'lll ask here. I was wondering is it possible to receive FM104 through a Sky box by the "adding channels" options under "services" on a sky box. I like to listen to the phoneshow at night, but the reception through any radio in my house is awful.
If anyone knows how to do it if possible, please tell me.
    Thanks in advance,
    Patrick

this method works for channels which are available to UK sky card holders. The channels are being carried on sat, just not available by default to Ireland. FM 104 isn't carried, so, as the last guy said, this isn't possible.

FM104 is on NTL Digital I think... It's not carried on Satellite. Or listen online??

Get a WiFi radio in Dixons of the like and listen to the stream off the web on your WiFi modem perhaps??

I got my Dad one of these Logik IR100 internet radios. They're about 70 euro now.

Other than that, just stick an aerial up and get it on FM. Or buy a DAB Receiver. From what I can figure out, according to digitalradio.ie, FM104 is on the DAB multiplex from Clermont Carn just north of Dundalk. It's defo on the Dublin, Three Rock one. Go into your "local" HiFi shop etc.... and ask for a Demo of DAB, if FM104 comes up, you know you'll get it in Dundalk!

In fasirness to fm104 they have made some improvements to their audio quality on-line. Much better than the other Dublin stations. If your looking for something equivalent to the music of fm104 on SKY. Try Capital 0107. As close as you'll get.

Thanks for all your replies, I have tried streaming fm104.ie through WiFi to my phone, but the range is terrible... My room is just out of reach from the router. I listen to it mainly at night, good phoneshow.
I think I will end up getting a freeview/DVB box, I can get FM104 on it, so I think thats what Ill do.
Thanks for all your help with this,
    Patrick

Don't forget, DTT is only a trial. There is no guarantee that any equipment you buy will work in the long term.
