I advertised on carsireland.ie & carfinder.ie,sold off one of those,had advertised on autotrader before without success! There's also mickscars.ie.Did you think of the notice board in Tesco?

Also check the price in the event it is too expensive. Another thing to have valeted before taking photos and make sure there is nice scenry in the background of the pictures. Also make sure your description is clear and to the point.

Alot of problems with selling privately are down to how you present the vehicle and how realistic you are on the price. If these are not right then not matter where you advertise the vehicle it will be difficult to shift it.
