Higher Level Maths Proofs list?

Does anybody know where I can find a complete list of the proofs on the higher level maths course? I know I could manually pick them out of the syllabus but I'm a little too lazy for doing that. I know a lot of them have been asked since 1994 but I'd like to see the complete list in case any proof hasn't been asked yet.

Personally I think you should right them out manually, that way you remember them better. You remember 90% of what you do and only 10% of what you read.;) It may be tedious, but it's worth it.
