Hi all, I know that trainees in Big 4 companies start at between 20k and 25k, but at what rate does that grow? How many years before you go from trainee to senior (and what are they paid) from senior to manager (and what are they paid) and manager to director ( and what are they paid) I know there is no rule that says X…

Hi all,

I know that trainees in Big 4 companies start at between 20k and 25k, but at what rate does that grow?

How many years before you go from trainee to senior (and what are they paid)
from senior to manager (and what are they paid)
and manager to director ( and what are they paid)

I know there is no rule that says X years = promotion and Y pay, but what would be the typical progress of an auditor in an Irish Big 4?
