Hi everyone, Basically all I need is a bit of help. What im looking to do is buy a place in Dublin south. I want a deteriated building with a view to doing it up. I know theres a phrase or a nickname on this but could someone tell me what it is? any ideas where to look Thanks again

refurbishment usually means serious work. be sure you're saving money by doing this - often the cost of having the work done is more than the discount on the price.
