Where's the best place to get these folks? I seem to remember reading college/university libraries stock them, is this the case? If so, what range would they have? Circuit court ones for instance? Thanks for any advice cos I'm finding it hard to find info on them...

I would be doubtful if you would be able to find circuit court judgements anywhere. Generally the libraries would only have high court, supreme court and main criminal courts available.

You can sometimes get the higher courts on Lexis Nexis. I wouldn't know for the lower courts.
