Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

the best thing to do is go to www.creative.com and look for the new firmware for the mp3 player. If there's a new version out then there's your solution.

Sounds more like Vista isn't recognising your Zen due to lack of drivers. I haven't had a problem with mine in going from XP to Vista Business without updating the Zen firmware. There should be no need for it as it is Vista that isn't recognising it after all.

Have you got the Creative Media Explorer or whatever the software is called installed on Vista? Might need to be updated.
