USB 2.0 ports working as USB 1.1

Hi, I have 3 usb ports on my laptop. One port has stopped working completly, even though its enable. One port works perfectly while the third runs only as a USB 1.1 port. Any ideas how to fix this, especially the third port!? Cheers

Try reinstalling the USB controller drivers.

What method are you using to determine what speeds the ports are using?
