IBB Breeze 3mb down/up

    Downloads speeds are constant at 3mb. 360kb/sec And pings <30ms.

    Recently my upload speed has been hitting 6mb and even 7mb.

    All these were at peak time 6pm. (Download a bit affected)

    Anybody else experiencing similiar.
