    Hi there
    I've started a new training regime which involves hitting all the major muscles over a three day cycle and performing it twice a week. It is:
    Day 1- Legs
    Day 2- chest and triceps
    Day 3- back and biceps
    I start on a monday and finish on a sat. I plan to implement cardio through boxing twice a week but not for two more weeks. Im just wondering if anybody has any suggestions or advice they could offer me. Thanks
