RIP Matt Given Pierhouse

Just on the phone to Mary from Pierhouse dive centre trying to book some tanks for this weekend, and she told me that Matt passed away in 2007. He'll be missed, my first Irish dives were off Hook Head with him, and many of my friends and dive buddies have dived out of Pierhouse.

Matt was a nice chap. i stayed at his place a long time ago and he spent some time to give me a look at all the diving bits and pieces from the wrecks he's collected over the years.
