    Hi All,

    Please have a look at the attached, whats the changes the LCC will have everything completed by 2012 as per the attached, doesn't look likely

    but then again if you know anything can you let me know, I know the motorway bypass will be in place by 2010 what about everything else in the attached, sounds good but so far I see nothing done
