My dad's been bugging me to find out some info on this.
Any suggestions as to what type of coffee beans I could mix.
We just want to try out some different flavours.

We have a coffee grinder etc, so what beans do you recommend I mix?

Here are some ideas to get you started.

You don't say how you plan to make your brew once you've blended it... That page is about espresso blending, so ymmv if you're looking for a different type of brew.

Here's another guide on Sweet Maria's

You're best blending after you roast the beans as different beans will have different roasting profiles.
