    Customer had over 120k in an account earning zero interest. They have a savings account that would earn them 3%.

    Nope not interested in putting some of it over. No notice needed, no restrictions for taking it out, nothing other than good aul money in there pocket and not the banks.......

    Nope.... "I've a few chq's to right".

    I dunno, some people just don't like to be told what to do with the money.

    Is it a massive issue???

    For who? Not the bank, they don't have to pay interest. Not the customer, they obviously don't want to deal with multiple bank accounts.

    Seems the only one bothered in any way is you.

    Have to admit though I find the attitude strange, I'd want more interest.
