I live just beyond Blennerville on a 1meg line

BT say they can upgrade me to 2meg with a further upgrade to 3meg, but the line in "non standard" delivery, which does not commit me to a 12 month contract should I wish to downgrade if the speeds aren't up to scratch.

You should be able to get 2mb from around there but maybe not 3mb

I got upgraded too, on the Donegal Town exchange.

It's going OK atm, but it's very early days! Peak times midweek will tell the tale.

Syncing at 7616Kbps; Noise margin 12.5dB; Atten. 31.0dB

My connection in Nenagh seems to have been upgraded to 3mb from 1mb.
