B and B in Kilkenny City or Wexford

Hoping to go away from Patrick's Day and I want to stay in a B and B in either Kilkenny or Wexford, but also open to suggestions for other counties in Leinster. Hotels are far too dear. Any ideas?

Waterford is only an hour away from Kilkenny... and Tramore is only a short distance from that.. two great spots, why not stay down here? Waterford & Tramore have a good Paddys Day festival to!
