Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Kilnamanagh Community Center Dispute?

Does anyone know whats going on at the moment at the Community Center in Kilnamanagh? For the past fortnight there has been a crowd of people standing holding signs, mostly kids and one older bloke. My wife did not pass the gate as she needed to drop my daughter off.

I believe it's a row over pay as he is the bus driver for the elderly, but it's like freezing out there and he's asleep on a fishing chair, he looks dead.

Anyone know exactly whats going on with this one?

The old bloke is looking for more money basically. He's refusing to sign the contract offered even though he only works about 3 hours a day. He's kinda shooting himself in the foot though by keeping his kids there with the weather the way it is because a lot of people are more concerned about them than about his protest. Tell your wife to not feel bad by crossing the gates.
