Irish Broadband in Dublin 2 problems???

Anyone else in the Dublin 2 area having problems with their IBB for the last week. It's slow slow slow... and a lot of the time it just goes "Page cannot be displayed" Email is coming in o.k but what used to be an O.k service has in the last week become unusable.

could be to do with the wind? have you an antenna on the roof?
