Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

First ****I know that I cannot ask for legal advise and will not take any comments as such.

If for example I have a small claims court appearance coming up and one of my witnesses cannot attend. Its down the country so it would involve him having to take a few days off work.
Anyway just wondering if he wrote a letter outlining his version of events would this be admissable in court.

You read the charter and yet you are still seeking legal advice. Adding "for example" doesn't change that.
