Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Saw a few houses on myhome.ie for 240e circa.

Sent an email offering the full asking price, ignorant fúcks never even got back or corrected the price.

New 3 Bedroom semi-detached house for €23,000 in Tipperary
    - Bargain.

    Edit:

They still haven't corrected the prices that have been wrong for over a month. Even though I emailed them twice, and it's the same muppet Estate agency.
    They are earning their commission.

    4 Bedroom House in Clare - €250

    3 Bedroom House in Clare - €275

I've just been in contact with them:

"Would an offer of €240 be ok, i know it's a tenner below the asking price, but it's a buyers market"

    Here's hoping :D

They are playing hard ball. I offered the full asking price on 2 occasions and haven't heard back.

Ah this reminds me of the time dell had a pc for €99 euro on its website.

I think they changed the contract when you buy it (terms&cond) or something after they were forced to sell the pc for that price.
