Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Some american websites which air tv shows give the message "we are sorry its not available in your area". is there any way which you can proxy around this?
PM me if its not appropriate for the forum, although i doubt it breaks any rules

Well obviously it would be breaking rules as the content is only for viewing in the states ;) That's why the message comes up. I've tried proxy my connection, but normally it's not worth the hassel, I find it tough to get a proxy that works, and if it does the connection speed is normally rubbish.

iirc VPN would be a legit solution :)

VPN to where? Unless the OP works for an American company, a proxy (or onion routing) would be necessary.

OP, google for 'free proxy'. You should be able to find an American one.
