eircom sluggish today?

anyone else experiencing slow speeds with eircom today? im on the 3meg package but my speed has gone down to a 1meg on upstream and down

My 3 Megs going the usual today, balleyboden exchange afaik... I'm also using OpenDNS instead of Eircoms DNS servers btw... Shouldnt affect speeds though
