I saw season one in HMV this afternoon for €24.99.

I have really fallen for this show its one of my guilty pleasures

It's definately on DVD here, the girls in my house have it... Not good as I think it's sh1te!!

Why don't you watch it online, i do it for all the US dramas. Gossip Girl is just about finished season 2. I think there are 3 more ep's left in S2.

I watched the final of season 2 last night on the web, so if anyone is looking for any spoilers or just to answer a question, please ask.

The finale was only ok

The bit about trying to find out who gossip girl was crap i thought. Chuck and Blair saved their ass tho.. and do they think were thick and cant tell Lily is preggers?

I thought it was a weak finale, compare it to the MUCH better 90210 finale i watched this morning. Personally i thought series 2 was very patchy compared to the first season.I thought they were onto something at first and were gonna reveal WHO Gossip Girl was...but it fizzled out.....bah!

I think it's either Vanessa or Serena's gay brother, my money's on V!
Chuck & Blair?????.....um, i'm taking bets on how many times they break-up and get back together in season 3...dibs on 8!

It was quite uneventful for a season finale wasn't it?

I'm not sure what way it's going to go next season with them heading to college. It could lead to the injection of new blood which I think the show really needs.

I say Chuck and Blair will already have broken up by the time the next season even starts.

My name is John and i'm an addict! Seriously though, this is definitely a very good show! After hearing a lot about it (from both sexes i'll add) i bought season 1 on DVD in HMV the other day for less than €20 if i remember and it sucked me in right away. Watched it straight through in a couple of days. Although my girlfriend kinda spoiled a few small things, but nothing major. Definitely recommend it to both guys and girls.

With regards to season 2, i have seen Season 2 part 1 in HMV but i think i might just wait for the whole season 2. Don't think i'd be able to wait a week in between episodes! lol

Season Two is very good John, get it as soon as you can. I personally thought Season Two was better than Season One.

yeah i preferred season two too! Especially the last scene of the finale!:P

Oh and I think Dorota is GG! When you think about it she gets all the goss from Blair and nobody would ever suspect her. She has to do something all day!

I always think TV stations do this to let season run into one another. So for example I assume that Smallville series 9 on e4 will be followed directly by season 10. I think TG4 may do this with season 3 and 4 of GG. We will see what happens.

^^ No I don't think so, E4 are ALWAYS way late with Smallville - so I just watch it on RTE2 (it's never that far behind). Same with ITV2, they usually start showing Gossip Girl about 2 or 3 weeks after it's aired in the US.

Perhaps it is because they were early with OTH?
