Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

XP theme gone all black and unreadable

    Hi lads

    Basically installed a new theme, didnt like it so i uninstalled it, i then selected the original windows classic theme but now my screen gone all black, only the icons appear.
    I cant even navigate xp anymore to change theme.
    I can access the run command.

    Looks like the theme you installed may have damaged the default one. Have you tried safe mode? If you can access run you could try 'sfc /scannow' to check your system files. I don't know whether themes are covered by the sfc but it's worth a try.

    cheers, all sorted! got a picture of the appearance window and traced it!! was a bit of guess work, but got it in the end! thats the last time im going to be messing with themes again!!!
