As my poor 206 can't handle the big loads anymore:(

Have a few questions that I hope some people might be able to help me with:

1. Does having a SWB or LWB van make a difference regarding drivers licence?

2. The van will be used for bringing the equipment I need to and from work, will that mean I could possibly get commercial insurance?

3. Do I go for the 1.9 or the 2.5?

Or could anyone suggest a different van with the only stipulation being that I can fit a kayak thats 245cm long in the back.
