Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Quick question: If I wanted to dye my hair black (currently dark brown), is there a specific Male hair dye that I would use or would the usual wimmens stuff like l'Oreal do the trick?

YOu could go for the likes of the "just for men" brands, but TBH any hair dye will do the trick, so the usual wimmins stuff is grand to use. Plenty of guys I know would have used the wimmins stuff and their hair didn't fall out or anything :)

Yup, wimmins stuff is the same stuff. Just a different picture on the box.

Try a semi-permanent type rather than a permanent type, it'll look a lot better when it starts to grow out.

Be aware that if you use a semi-permanent one it'll stain the skin around your hairline. These stains can be hard to remove.
Bye a well-known brand of permanent dye and go for it! The other thing to note is that when you dye your hair black it makes your skin look a lot paler, so if you're pale already this might not be the best time of year to do it.

Ye I wouldn't go black black personally, im nearly sure I heard a hairdresser say that natural black hair is not completly black. If you go for a very dark brown with no warmth then it will look black. I use 3.1 or some call it U3 (as far as I know) and it looks black with gel in it anyway.
It makes no difference whether ye put in mens or women's stuff, just go with a good brand. I don't buy the stuff personally, just let a hairdresser do it.
