Regular Saving Account: Anglo Irish or EBS?

I am saving (monthly) with First Active and I want to add one more regular saver into my portfolio. I understand that Anglo Irish and EBS are the most attractive (7% AER, up to 1k per month), but I cannot decide which would be a better choice? Any advice? Thanks.
