Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I'm setting up a computer as a file server. Going to use Ubuntu.

Also thinking about attaching a printer to it for network home usuage. Are there brand / software restrictions i should know about? Anyone reccomend a reasonably priced laser duplex printer (don't need colour...)

There's also the detailed OpenPrinting database, which is very good. In general, most Laser printers are supported, and if the printer has built-in PostScript support, you'll have no trouble at all.

Just curious — are you sharing it out to Windows, Linux or Mac clients?
