This one has appreciated in value since bought to the tune of gpb53K!!
    It's on sale at http://www.autotrader.co.uk/EDITORIAL/CARS/news/alfa_romeo_8c_competizione_for_sale%20.html

Before anyone starts it's not mine and i'm not advertising it for free here (saw what happened to the last guy who tried that!)
Jeeezzzz I wish it was mine!

My god this car is a thing of beauty.
I think it's the best looking car i've ever seen.
Any cars to beat these looks? Post em up if they exist.

i can't help but think how a reg plate on the front would ruin its looks.

They should have penalties for people who buy these cars up and sell for a profit

Wonder would you get away with not having a front reg, prob not. Would be a cold hearted cop that would pull you for that in that ride.

I wonder if it comes with cruise control?

    Stunning without:
    (a.) reverting to retro
(b.) reverting to bull**** designer-speak to justify badly-proportioned design (Chris Bangle please note)

God Alfas are gorgeous - even the more mundane models. This is well worth the investment as a 'halo' range-topper, especially as they are reported to be re-entering the US market.

    :D

    Mmmm...

I've been in the R8 in Sheehys - didn't knock my socks off. Prefer the exterior TBH (which I like a lot despite the reservations expressed by Jesus Clarkson - amongst others).

Possibly it's not 'German' enough for some tastes...

+1. If only all other car makers made as much of an effort in terms of car design. Whatever you may think about the rest of the package, you can't deny that the vast majority of them are stunning looking cars.
