Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If its happening at work, get onto your IT department. Better to let them sort it out.

yeah let your IT dept look at it - do not disable if they set it up to scan

    it's somewhere around
tools - options - ( 4th or 5th tab) - advanced - addins or com addins and unclick the box

Rename this file from extend.dat to extend.datold while Outlook is closed. Then reopen Outlook. A good version of the file will be recreated.

    C:\Documents and Settings\XXuser.nameXX\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Extend.dat
