Hey folks, Anyone know a cheap place to get car keys cut in Dublin? Specifically Tallaght. I think I was quoted about E140 when I investigated it before. Quite a bit. Cheers

It really depends on they type of car you have and the age of the car. Certain models can be cut by manufacturer approved key cutters and need different machines to cut the keys. On the other hand a old car like 90's early 00's Toyota can be cut by any lock smith (key cutter) and usually costs about €10 - €15.

There's a place in tallaght that specialises in computer coded car keys - about €60 - €70. Done on the spot and used by many of the main car dealers.
