Sony Ericsson K800i 02 GPRS Settings

Hey I had a speak easy sim card for the K800i and my GPRS worked fine. I recently got a pay monthly sim and gprs does not work anymore. I tried downloading from the o2 site and the sony ericsson site and I even rang o2. Nothing will work. Can anyone advise how i set this up?
