Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Enable images in browser?

    How do i do this?

    I'm trying to do an online registration on a website and i'm being asked to enter 3 letters as a security reason. But i cannot see the letters and the message i'm getting is "if you cannot see letters please enable images in your browser"

    Where do i go to do that?

    Is this what you mean? if not google 'enable image in browser' without quotes. I am assuming you have IE7?

    Yeah I can see the letters. Have you IE 6 or 7?

    It could because there's an identifying string in the image address.

    I disabled the firewall there but still no sign of the letters. can't figure out what i'm doing wrong really.....

    I have a firewall and i can see it (FF 2.0.0.11)

    Its a PNG file too yeah.

    What i can see is a grey box with the words letters above: followed by the space to enter them, Control letters is written in the top right of the grey box and the message If you don’t see any letters, please enable images in your browser under the box to enter the letters

    it just worked and i have no idea why....did nothing different really

    The letters that should be in the image???

    Does it use flash or activeX (i'm clutching at straws, i dont know what it uses)
