Those crazy Americans! I decided to go looking for this document and it only took around 20 seconds. Gotta love google! :D Not sure if it's a repost but there is some very interesting stuff in here. My personal favorites being:

"Hologram, Prophet. The projection of the image of an ancient god over an enemy capitol whose public communications have been seized and used against it in a massive psychological operation"

    And who could forget:

"Antilethal, Camouflage-Active. Created by dynamically matching the object to be camouflaged to its background colors and light levels rendering it virtually invisible to the eye. This is conceptually the same camouflage process as that used by a chameleon. This is accomplished through a sophisticated color and light sensor array which detects an object's background color and brightness. This data is then computer matched and reproduced on a pixel array covering the viewing service of the object to be camouflaged. Also known as chameleon camouflage"

haha! This was basically a large concept list and John Alexander was the biggest concept thinker of the lot having lead the 'First Earth Battalion' for a short while. Anyway thought it might be good for a laugh seeing as some of this stuff is currently in active development or has already been tried and tested in the field, even though the foreword says differently.
