Those crazy Americans! I decided to go looking for this document and it only took around 20 seconds. Gotta love google! Not sure if it's a repost but there is some very interesting stuff in here. My personal favorites being:

And who could forget:

"Antilethal, Camouflage-Active. Created by dynamically matching the object to be camouflaged to its background colors and light levels rendering it virtually invisible to the eye. haha! This was basically a large concept list and John Alexander was the biggest concept thinker of the lot having lead the 'First Earth Battalion' for a short while. Anyway thought it might be good for a laugh seeing as some of this stuff is currently in active development or has already been tried and tested in the field,even though the foreword says differently.
